We stayed here to be close to the venue for my uncle’s memorial. This location was so nice, friendly staff, clean and quiet. We felt safe in an unknown area for us, and enjoyed the onsite food for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend for a comfortable spot.

I had a great stay at this location. I saw previous reviews talking about a green light on the ceiling keeping them awake, I did not find the faint green light to be an issue. Next time I’m in Rochester I would stay here again.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I checked in, went to room. Found the fridge to be broken, wasn’t closing properly. I asked to be moved To a new room, because even if they fixed the fridge, it would take hours for it to get cold. I had time sensitive food that needed refrigeration. They told me they were sold out despite rooms to appearing on the app. Maintenance “fixed” the fridge but as predicted, the fridge never got cold. My food worth over $100 was spoiled the next day. Hotel refused to give refund. Terrible experience, awful staff.

"10/10 One of the best hotels I’ve been too."

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at. Workers were so nice. The hotel smelled amazing. The room was clean. One of the best hotel rooms i’ve stayed in. The secured parking was a plus to make sure your car was secured. Definitely will stay again!
