"Unique experience"

First visit was on 2021, and after that we are traveling there once a year! Hotel has its own identity, staff is friendly and very calm and nice atmosphere..Spa is very nice and relaxing!Overall a unique experience!

Swimming pool was not heated and it was quite cold.Also I would like to have a bigger window where we could visit the pool with the kids and have the opportunity to stay more there!

Breakfast was amazing with fresh food, super friendly staff and amazing location - just walking distance to the First walk.

. I would have appreciated more time than 90m for the spa and the spa ends at 8:30pm.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and the location is good.

I booked this hotel for my son as it has a swimming pool, however children are only allowed between 10-12, this is very child unfriendly as this is the prime time of the day. I will not return because of this. On the second day of out stay the housekeeping took away all our towels but then did not replace them, we realised in the evening so i had to call reception and then it took a while for us to receive new towels. This is basic stuff that should not happen. The evening restaurant food was good but on the expensive side.
