Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain

I was able to reserve a room while in the parking lot late in the evening. They unfortunately gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There is a $13 resort fee not mentioned until check in. Otherwise everything else was great.

Very nice and comfortable room. It was a good bargain for the area. The room was very clean. There is no free breakfast, but there are options nearby. I will most likely stay there again if in the area.

I had a unique situation because I had booked one night through the hotel, then made another reservation through expedia. There is a hidden charge going through Expedia. I was charged a "resort fee" of $10 because I booked through Expedia. It was included when I booked through the hotel. I also had to make a $50 deposit for the Expedia night, and none for the night I booked through the hote. This normally isn't a big deal, but they charged it to my credit card and now they have to refund that money, which takes several days. Save yourself some trouble and book through the hotel.

They took away the morning coffee and started charging $3.50 for a small cup. Won’t be back

Everything was great but they need a covered drive up area to check in and unload your vehicle. It was pouring and everyone that was checking in was getting soaking wet and all their stuff was getting wet, but we had no choice. They also need free coffee down in the lobby because the little fancy coffee machines in the room are a joke and no one uses them. They are too complicated. .

Basic hotel items (laundry, soap, etc.) were limited. Walls were very thin. Heard snoring, talking... Front desk personnel seemed bothered by our questions.

Great location, very walkable to everything in the resort. Staff are very nice. Love the outdoor space with the fire pits and the two large hot tubs. Also loved the free coffee and water available to guests. The Internet was sort of in and out, especially at night, which made working difficult. The rooms were nice and clean, but our carpet had a large stain on it, and a lot of the furniture was chipped and appeared old. all in all we enjoyed our stay and I would totally stay here again

Location is convenient, price was very reasonable and room was clean.

The front desk woman when we checked in was hanging out in the back. Another employee walked past us and into the back room and we wern’t even acknowledged for about 5 minutes. The first room we were put in smelled like cigarette smoke. Then the A/C barely did anything throughout the night. Price was decent but for the value I doubt I’d come back again.
