Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain

We were traveling with our grandkids from MN and the hotel was so convenient to all the activities we planned to do in Copper Mountain. All in walking distance! Quiet, comfortable and great accomodations.

Short staffing

Copper is a beautiful little mountain ski resort “town”. I think this Cambria is the only true hotel, so that’s a plus. Clean room, updated, nice area. Front desk staff was meh- at best. The pillow and bed were poor: the parking lot size was very poor. Had to park away from the hotel- not enough spots. Overall for what we paid for the night and the incredible rep of Copper we were hoping for a little “better” all around. If in a bind- for sure - would stay. Frisco/Dillon probably be the more suitable choice.

The biggest issue was the noise. Between the ice machine, people standing at the water station talking and the gentleman fixing the AC right across from me I didn't get much sleep.

We loved this hotel throughout the ski season. We came here several times and whenever we had guests, we stayed at this hotel with them. The location is great and the hotel has a nice little area for the hot tubs. Breakfast is a little overpriced in my opinion. Rooms were nice. Food immediately around the hotel at the ski resort could really use an upgrade as it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had for the price. However, it’s not a knock on the hotel. The hotel is great and it’s very easy to get to the closest town nearby which offers much better dining options.
