Pendry Park City

We travel A LOT! Pendry has raised the bar! Sadly, travel only allowed a 1-night stay, but Jay and the front desk made our stay extra special. Accommodations unlike any other we've had, views for miles, excellent food, and such personable servers (Jacob!). Can't wait to return! PS-- MONTY, the new mascot in training, is reason enough to return!! THE CUTEST!

We recently stayed at the Pendry to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The property itself is beautiful. The grounds are stunning, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there were several disappointments that impacted the overall experience. I was surprised that full payment for our stay was required a week before check-in. Additionally, many of the restaurants on the property were closed during our mid-week visit, making dining options extremely limited. We ended up relying on room service one evening and paid nearly $50 for an order of wings, including a 26% service charge. We also found ourselves DoorDashing meals to the hotel when we weren’t out exploring Park City. Several amenities we were looking forward to were unavailable during our stay. The gondola was out of service, the spa did not reopen until the day of our departure, and the rooftop pool, while beautiful, had no food service available. We were interested in booking a spa treatment before leaving but our request for a late checkout was not accommodated. We also discovered upon arrival that our room fireplace was not working and maintenance had to come shortly after check-in to repair it. Despite these issues, the hotel did a wonderful job recognizing my fiancé’s birthday with a surprise cake, candle, and bottle of champagne in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that we genuinely appreciated. Overall, the property is gorgeous and the staff was great, but the limited dining options and unavailable amenities made it difficult to fully enjoy the resort experience we expected.

Beautiful hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The bartender was great, and the hotel grounds were nice, but overall our experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told complimentary breakfast would be available until 11 a.m. The next morning, before 11, we went to breakfast and were informed there would be no complimentary breakfast due to Mother’s Day. This exception was never mentioned at check-in. After speaking with the front desk, they offered to cover a one-time room service breakfast charge. However, we were still charged for the meal. Resolving the issue afterward was frustrating and time-consuming. While part of the breakfast cost was eventually refunded, we were still charged a gratuity fee, even though we had already tipped in cash.

Our stay at Pendry Park City was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed with family and had such a fun and memorable experience. The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and has such a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and every part of the experience felt top quality. From the service to the amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. This was truly a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale, and family-friendly stay in Park City!

Exceedingly underwhelming experience. It is clean and centrally located which is great, but I found the property to be extremely lackluster for the price. We booked through Amex FHR and the stay felt far less luxurious than I was anticipating. Service was just okay, room was fine (and they left a sticky note on the door noting the surprise birthday flowers / champagne that my husband purchased for me - no, it wasn't comped), and food was simply not good. If we had paid $300-400 / night (or even $500) I would have been a bit more understanding, but for nearly ~$900 a night I found the quality to be far below what I anticipated.

We had an incredible stay at the Pendry last weekend. Now, with the sunrise gondola, Pendry is even better as it’s eliminated the walk to the other lifts. Great food, great staff and attention to detail as always. We ski all over and this is our favorite place to ski and stay. Only disappointment is leaving!
