Pendry Park City

The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, and room clean and bright. Only a couple of minor complaints - first, summers in Utah are warm, even in Park City. A lighter blanket option would’ve been nice (usually found in the closet), the comforter on the bed would be great for cooler temps, but not for summer (even with the AC turned down it was too hot). Second, the Google cast option is great, but you have to be connected to the hotel WiFi to use it, which is not great.

We booked through Amex Fine Hotels program and when we got there, we were put in a room that we didn't book. We didn't know this until we went up to our room and noticed that it's much smaller and looked different in the pictures. My wife called the front desk and they told us to wait in that room while they were looking for another room. Moments later, front desk lady (Emma) called back saying they had another room prepared and cleaned and sent an associate to help move the luggage to a different room on the same floor. The guy came and helped us move into our new room and to our amazement, it was a room that was even better than what were reserved! They knew we were celebrating our 12 year anniversary and more than made up for the oversight. The guy that helped us, also went down to the front desk to get our new keys so we would have to go back down. After that, a gentlemen knock on the door and delivered a hand written letter from the front desk girl, Emma congratulating us, and to let her know if there is anything else The Pendry can do to make our stay better. Along with the note, were delicious snacks and a bottle of Prosecco chilled in a bucket of ice. We understand that things don't always go perfect and as planned, but to have a hotel and it's staff go above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable was simply amazing. One day we had breakfast at Kita, before we went out hiking. As you enter there is a coffee and tea table ready to greet you. We got there at 7am and we got the breakfast buffet. Everything tasted great and fresh and every was displayed nicely- along with the buffet comes with an option to build your own omelet. The check off the ingredients you want on a card and the server brings that back to the chef. The Pork sausages are nice and thick and their brioche French toast was amazing! Plenty of options for everyone and the quality was perfect. It was nice to be wrapped in 5 star luxury and top notch services after a day hiking and rough terrain and coming back dirty. It didn't matter how we looked when we cam back- our Valet angels were always there to welcome us back with a smile. It was a nice oasis to come back to after a hard day. The hotel room and premises are well kept and my family an I will be visiting again soon!

The Pendry at the Canyons exceeds expectations and delivers a true hospitality experience. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are flawless.

Pendry Park City is a no brainer. Fantastic stay for our family of four. We are always a big fan of hotels that provide more than what you would expect and they certainly delivered. We appreciate all the help from concierge Spencer during our whole stay. He is such a breath of fresh air and worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful and a highlight on our adventure.

Every staff person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, helpful & professional. The property was great and the room was incredible. We stayed in a 2 bedroom residence with tons of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The residence was immaculate and the in-room laundry was a huge pickup toward the end of our trip. The only thing that was peculiar is the depth of the pool… 3 ft. Beyond that there were free s’mores offered for the fire pits, cornhole and subsoccer available for kids to play in the common area. The parking situation is valet at $70/day or a public parking garage which maxes out at $25 but resets when you leave and come back. However, it is free after 3:00pm-5:00am. All in all we LOVED our stay and plan to come back.

Hotel was very new and clean, comfortable and had great service. The spa was one of the best we've been to. BUT... I got billed for four nights and stayed two. Worst of all, I asked for a 15 minute late check-out, was told no so we rushed and left right away, then got billed for that night. No idea why we were out of the valet by 11:30am and our reservation ended that day. They just decided to charge us for another night!? Not cool, if you come here check your bill carefully!

A group of 7 went to see a musician who was playing at their bar. Because the weather was unseasonably cold, 3 of us called ahead to ask if he would be playing inside or outside. We were told he's be playing inside and dressed accordingly. Instead, they insisted that he play outside (to an audience of 1 person who braved the weather, even though there were close to 50 people inside who could have enjoyed it. In speaking with both the manager of the bar and the manager of the hotel, they basically said, sorry - there policy is the musicians play outside in June. Good management should empower their employees to be able to adapt to the reality of the situation.

The Pendry is luxury at its finest! The staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views from the rooms. Looking forward to returning!
