I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unhelpful. Throughout the stay, it was difficult to get real assistance from the front desk. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care made the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent service.

The service was amazing and the place is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

All I can say is WOW! I spent four nights at the Montage in Big Sky during off season for a girls weekend and our stay was INCREDIBLE. The property itself is stunning - beautiful views, large spacious rooms, and excellent dining options. Every single person at the hotel was warm and hospitable. We participated in so many activities - hiking, Yellowstone tour, spa, and more...Nothing disappointed. Our private Yellowstone tour guide, Truman, was so knowledgeable and such a great guide! Alex helped organize our weekend and she couldn't have been better! I cannot recommend this property enough!!!

The Montage was a phenomenal experience for our team. We chose the location to recognize employees and do some innovation work and this did not disappoint. The resort is top notch, the amenities were fantastic and Montana delivered us beautiful hiking weather on day one and beautiful snow on day 3! The resort staff was fantastic, catering to all our needs and ensuring the team felt supported and doted on at all times. 10/10 recommend this for an amazing event!

The Montage Big Sky was a wonderful experience with an incredible hotel and staff at all areas and all levels. The service was impeccable. The food was very good. All staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will look forward to staying at other Montage properties in the future!

The Montage is dream resort. We love the ability to ski in and ski out and the staff is on point. Most notably dinner with Chef Josh, Andrew for all your needs, Jon for everything ski related and Astrid for her outstanding concierge services. Thank you for making our stay exceptional. And if you need the best instructor whether it be ski or snowboarding ask for Winston!!
