Me gustó todo, excelente ubicación, hermoso el lugar, súper tranquilo para pasarlo en familia.

I have traveled a lot and I never went to a facility/ air BB that did not provide water or a snack. This is in the Caribbean and it’s hot and it was a 3 flights walk up. I would have appreciated at least water upon my arrival and perhaps a list of instructions on the apartment. PS: it was also difficult to get into the property. I had to wait a good 20 minutes in the heat before I got in.

Nos encanto todo del complejo. La villa es espaciosa y estaba limpia y con todo lo esencial y necesario. El complejo es pequeño y super tranquilo, ademas que es muy céntrico y accesible a los lugares mas hermosos de Isabela.

We only stay for a day but was better that other places clean and spacious

Broken window completely opened at all times, broken toilet throwing gauges os water out first flooding the bathroom and then after we tried to fix it was not working at all until they fixed it next day afternoon. We had to pour water in a bucket from the shower. They fixed it but bathroom was all wet and no one dried it and it kept flooding with water after, plus we were four women with just to tiny toilet papers for the whome weekend, on the night before we ran out at 6:00pm and we did check out and everything without having TP. We had to use paper towels and napkins.
