Four Points by Sheraton Amarillo Central

Did not realize there was no pool, close to freeway so can be loud. I drove 5 hours and was there 2 hours early and could not do an early check in.

The hotel is amazing! Great parking, clean, great rooms, outstanding front desk-customer service. Liz, from front desk was absolutely helpful and patient in responding all of our questions, she took the time to explain the difference between the hotel next door which is the same but not. After a long road trip and stopping at multiple hotels in different states, this one has been the best one so far. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and talking to Liz if at all possible, she will greet you with a big smile and will make you feel welcomed right away!

this is a two-part hotel. One side is a Sheraton. The other side is a Marriott. If you stay at the Sheraton Park, which is four points, I believe the rooms would be nicer and they have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. But you have to pay for breakfast or dinner and of course you pay at the bar for drinks. We just went for a cocktail and I wanted an old-fashioned and it was$15. Maybe I’m out of touch. Seemed like a lot. But they wanted two extra dollars if I wanted one single large cube. I had an eight dollar glass of wine instead. We also shared a chicken Cobb salad, which was big definitely big enough for Two and it was very very good. Very crisp tender pieces of chicken.

The facilities were great but the highway was close and loud.

My trip at the Four Points is always great. We travel here for work and stay here a lot. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help in anyway. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, “especially the pillows are the best”Breakfast is really good also. If you need a place to stay in Amarillo Texas this is the place for sure….

The staff is Great to deal with and will help you out. The gym is very well equipped. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant has good food. Highly recommend the Bangers and mash.

Modern and always clean hotel. All the staff is really friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is probably the best you’ll ever find in a hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and rooms are very well equipped. I always use this hotel if I’m Amarillo for business.

This Hotel is great, Customer service is a 10 plus, nice beautiful clean , rooms are nice , comfortable beds to sleep in , breakfast is a 10 plus, love it, easy to access from the highway, close to my terminal, can't say enough, just a beautiful hotel .

This hotel is awesome very clean everyone is really nice especially Amannett and Yohana they gave me a warm welcome and the breakfast was warm and hot beautiful hotel I will recommend to friends and family I will be back in the future I travel all the time thank you
