This place is ridiculous. We got charged 340 dollars in late fees for one night. Which is ridiculous being that we had already paid for the night and we were traveling and had trouble along the way. What does it matter as long as we still leave on time? Not only that, when we arrived the lady up front was super rude indicating the us arriving late only made it harder for her. So what she didn’t want was to work? Is this not your job?

"Awful front desk"

Just FYI the front desk will not give you a receipt for your stay if you book your stay through any third party. The front desk is just awful, and the manger is the worst. After I checked out they charged my card an extra night, even though I prepaid everything. I had to go through the process of calling my credit card company than they had to call hotel, it has been just the worst experience , I greatly regret staying there. Beware they will fraudulently charge your card after you check out.

"Best Four Points"

I just want to say that we stayed at the Four Points. This is one of the nicest hotels in all of the Four Points. The GM stays on the floor; working with her team. Jessie was very helpful in the kitchen area; getting my kids food. We will definitely come back! Thank you for the great stay!

Four Points is very nice and clean with a very friendly staff. Lori is always nice and understanding of any needs. Ruby at the front desk was professional and friendly. They all go out of their way to make it a relaxing experience. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back!
