The key card was not working in the elevator despite making complaint each time. The hotel reception never accepted my complaint and each time they had to send someone alongwith us to see whether the key card works on the room and it did. I didn't like the people in the reception response to resolve

The hotel turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking it. The issues are too many to ignore, but some of the most unacceptable ones include: 1) Extremely unhygienic bathrooms – Toilets were stained, smelled unpleasant, and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Basic hygiene standards are completely missing. 2) No basic toiletries provided – Shockingly, essential items like slippers, comb, razor, etc. are not kept in the room. For every small thing, you must call reception and then wait indefinitely. 3) Severe noise disturbance – Nights are extremely noisy due to complete lack of control over guests in surrounding rooms. The hotel staff does nothing to manage the disturbance even when it affects multiple rooms. 4) Slow and indifferent staff response – Whether it's reception or housekeeping, the response time is frustratingly slow. Requests are either delayed or ignored. 5) Overpriced for what it offers – The room rates are unjustifiable considering the absence of even basic amenities. There is absolutely no value for money. 6) Only vegetarian food available – Unlike other Sayaji properties, this one restricts food options considerably, which is disappointing for guests expecting a standard Sayaji experience. 7) Mandatory full payment at check-in – They demand immediate payment before offering anything. To add to that, there’s no one to help with luggage or guide you to your room. 8) Very Rude and uncooperative behavior of the Manager and Receptionists.

Restaurant management, there is no food in buffet tables, waiting for 30 minutes

I didn't recieved the invoice for which I was asked to make advance payment. I tried contacting them over phone and per whats app, but no revert answer by the team.
