The stay exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff, and door staff/travel staff, restaurant staff, cleaners were all most helpful. Food quality was delicious. Breakfast was great, dinner was great when we had it.

The gym only being open for very short hours didn't make sense to me

Excellent food variety… really liked it. Enjoyed a lot.

We enjoyed our stay, but wanted to share a few points for improvement. The room key needed to be reissued several times, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs had an unpleasant smell, and the tap and hand shower would benefit from better cleaning or replacement. We would also strongly recommend providing shower gel instead of bar soap throughout the hotel, as it is more hygienic and user-friendly.
