المسبح غير مجهز بحرار مع العلم ان الجبل الاخضر بارد طوال العام جودة المخبوزات رديئه .. الدونات والكريب يابس وصلب .. لاحظت بعض العفن في بعض المخبوزات واخبرت عنه الموظفين

This is my second time staying at this excellent hotel, and the reason is the Omani staff .They are extremely polite, always welcoming you with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Thy provided us with many services and were v very helpful throughout our stay. If you need to ask about anything even outside the hotel don't hesitate to approach the Omani staff ,Thy give accurate information and offer great advice. During this trip ,one of the families traveling with us had a car breakdown ,and one of the Omani staff members stepped in and helped us .

There was a staff member at the buffet who was uncooperative ,did not provide proper service ,and was dishonest.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and super family oriented. Great service staff as well, very attentive and accommodating. The food was great too.

Honestly, the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I couldn’t get a decent coffee the whole time we were there. The only coffee they serve comes from an automatic coffee machine.
