"Wonderful staff deserves 11 out of 10"

Due to the uncertain threat of war, the hotel was clearly understaffed. They allowed the manager to take leave so that the staff could continue working. And this staff is exceptionally helpful. We have already visited over 30 countries. The professional attitude of restaurant manager Raylyn and her lovely staff Roshini, Ali and the others whom I surely forget exceeds all that you expect as a guest. Many thanks for your hospitality (Georges from the pool included )

أعجبني مغامرات التسلق واستمتعوا الأولاد بالدراجات الهوائية في المنتجع والبوفية متنوع جداً وفخم ولذيذ والمنتجع جديد ونظيف ومريح جداً للاستجمام وسط الطبيعة الخلابة وسط الجبال ومنظر الورد فيه جداً راااائع.

لم يعجبني حجم المطعم لأنه مزحوم بعض الشيء أتمنى ان يوسع ليكفي جميع النزلاء في أيام الاجازات.

"You need to walk for more than 1 km from the parking to your room"

The room is clean The breakfast is good

You need to walk for more than 10 minutes from the parking to the room. They provide golf carts to deliver but you need to wait in the reception for long time for your turn. I didn’t like it and they didn’t mention it in the booking Also, they mentioned that you’ll find a bottle of rose water for free in the room, but it was not provided . Also, the door of the room is so old and needs replacement . The price is too high comparing to the service provided.

Gutes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung, unser Essen sehr gut

Extremer Baulärm Unpassender Baukomplex disharmonisch zur Umgebung. Extrem schlechte Rezeption, falsche Angaben. Bei berechtigten Reklamationen wurde schlichtweg NICHT reagiert, unfreundlich und restlos unprofessionell! Noch nie erlebt soetwas. Schlechtester Aufenthalt im Oman Wir sind gegangen ohne zu bezahlen und haben die Flucht ergriffen. Ich würde es vor Gericht durchfechten für das, was hier mit mir gemacht wurde, keinen Cent zu zahlen.
