es un lugar bonito, esta es la segunda ocasión en la que me hospedo pero en esta ocasión notamos un deteriodo impresionante en la propiedad, en las albercas y en las areas amenities .

la persona que nos recibio cero servicial, no nos ayudaron ni a abrir la puerta mientras veian que traiamos cosas y se nos complicaba abrirlas, la cama nos toco rota se hacia un hueco, la alberca de la habitación super sucia, no nos mencionaron ni horarios de restaurant nada el servicio y actitud fatal, lastima por que es una propiedad bonita.

Run down. Moldy smelly. Nothing works. I had seven curtains in my room and they were covered in mold the smell was horrendous and they refused to change the room said I’d have to pay more. The toilet wasn’t flushing the next day. Stove not working and in the morning I realized my bed is covered in black hair. They never changed the sheets. Refused to give partial refund or anything.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas.

This was a horrible experience. They do not have good business practices at this establishment. I booked my stay through expedia but when i get to the property, they did not honor my reservation. They told me that they do not do business with expedia any longer and i had to pay them at the property if i wanted a room. They also told me that i was responsible for getting a refund from expedia. Rooms are not very clean. Horrible area in the slums. Broken toliets. Bad plumbing. Not like pictures.

La habitación era como un apartamento con todo lo necesario.

No funcionaba el agua caliente, la piscina era una tina de agua fría que no se calentaba, nunca hubo wifi en toda una semana
