Great location

Lots of stairs but not really a problem once cases were up

The location was superb, right across from the city center even walking distance to the train station. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

Do not rent this apartment if you have trouble with stairs, it 70 steps to the door and the light was out. No view, and it needs a lot of love. Coffee would have been a nice gesture and it’s not visually appealing.

The location was very good, right in the city centre. The stuff responds very quickly. Worth for money value.

Perfect location, peaceful surroundings and close to all of the most important sights. Good mattress, excellent wi-fi, working A/C. Communicating with the host was easy and he replied fast.

All the promised necessities were there, but the services could be upgraded still a bit more by having even a bottle of water for the guests, or a small snack. Bar soap would be nice too. Furniture (like the bathroom fixtures and sofa) is old and worn, but if you need a place to sleep and shower while you explore Bologna, this is a great choice.
