The place was amazing and the location was quite brilliant. The kind host even helped us recover some very important forgotten luggage at the place, a couple of days after check-out. Speaking of the host, our experience was that they were always responsive within a short or manageable time.

Really great location and perfect for exploring Bologna. The apartment is a bit modest but well equipped with a small kitchenette and all that one needs to get by. We did not stay much time at the apartment but really liked its position and Piazza Maggiore is at the doorstep. Host Raffaele is really proactive, helpful and responsive to any questions. He even shared a list of good restaurants with us upon request.

A bit noisy AC at night so we kept it switched off.

La ubicación estaba perfecta, en una calle tranquila al lado de la plaza mayor. Las instrucciones que me dió el anfitrión muy claras, muy reactivo y amable, nos dió también un consejo de restaurante, que se reveló excelente.

El piso estaba bastante viejuno, la cocina tenía una quemadura en la encimera y el alojamiento era extremadamente pequeño. Las escaleras para llegar eran muchas y por suerte estaba mi hijo que llevó la maleta, porque yo sola lo hubiera pasado muy mal. Nos vino bien para estar al lado de todos los lugares turisticos, pero no lo aconsejo para una familia que se quiera quedar varios días, porque es muy pequeño.

Location was perfect and staff were very easy to get in touch with and responsive. It was spacious enough for a couple.

Bathroom was quite small and facilities very basic. Also beware of stairs getting up to the room (it was fine for us) but might be tough if you cannot walk/ have a lot of luggage.
