Owner not friendly

Great location next to Piazza Maggiore and 15 minute walking to the Central station. The bathroom and kitchen appliances had everything needed. Comfortable bed. Host very helpful with our requests. We will come back to the same accomodation when we go back to Bologna.

Bathroom is a bit small and could have some small renovations but it was not a big problem for us.

A very enjoyable stay! The apartment was clean and nice, warm and, above all, perfectly located. Great contact with the host. He responded very quickly and sent all the necessary information. I will be happy to use it if I am in Bologna again. I highly recommend it!

It is super close to the main square and some 20 min from the central railway station, so it’s easy to travel to and from. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

Room was in a really good location - at the time we were there, there were christmas markets beside us. Had good facilities e.g. cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge in the kitchen area. Lots of storage and a little side room where you could hang coats/ put shoes. All the windows had shutters which meant it was dark in the mornings. The apartment was very warm which was great considering the weather was cold! Host even had an umbrella in the apartment to use which I thought was a nice touch. Host was very good, gave good instructions to get into the apartment & even gave us food recommendations.

The shower didn't drain very well so I was standing in a pool of water at times. The shower temperature varied between very cold and very hot. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment and no lift which we didn't mind however something to consider if booking this apartment. There also wasn't a light on two flights of stairs which from a health and safety perspective was dangerous - fell down a few steps because I couldn't see that there were more but thankfully it was a short stairs. Got around this by using the torch on my phone but shouldn't need to do this.

Clean, comfortable for 4 persons. Perfect location. We couldn’t ask for a closest aoartment to city centre. Quiet room even though there is a bar on the road.

Maybe a newer espresso coffee maker.
