Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

As amazing as it was there's always room for improvement. For example the lobby bar can stay open until 11pm or midnight. Other than that, the rooms are beautiful, restaurants amazing, and the views outstanding. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport was the perfect start to our half-business, half-pleasure weekend in Boston. From the moment we walked through the doors, Ciera and Alexis made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Knowing that I'm a light sleeper, they thoughtfully helped us secure a quiet room, arranged for a white noise machine, stocked the room with plenty of water, and even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco delivered in our room (since we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary). What impressed us most was how attentive and caring they were during an incredibly busy time with the FIFA World Cup bringing so many visitors to the city. Despite the crowds and demands, they never missed a beat and made us feel like their top priority. Ciera and Alexis are the reason we chose the Omni, and they are the reason we will continue choosing Omni hotels in the future. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care created an unforgettable experience from the very beginning of our stay. We are so grateful for everything they did and highly recommend the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport to anyone looking for outstanding service and hospitality.

We hosted The End. Boston, a one-day conference bringing together leaders from across the clinical trials world, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner. Chartelle supported us from the very first planning call, setting a tone of care and professionalism that carried through the entire process. As we finalized the details, Chloe and Arete stepped in seamlessly, and on the day itself, Alen and the F&B team were exceptional, warm, sharp, and on point throughout. The space was beautiful, the logistics ran smoothly, and every person we worked with brought real dedication to making it a success. We left feeling like we'd found a long-term partner, not just a venue. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. The staff is so professional and accommodating. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. I will return for sure!

I booked a room block for a meeting and worked with Arete Giannetti in Sales. The process was easy and the rooms were perfect. I'd highly recommend working with the Omni for business, or booking the hotel for leisure.
