Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

My husband and I visited Boston for the first time and opted to stay at the Omni Seaport due to a partnership with our Chase credit card. We were very impressed with the high-caliber service from all of the front desk staff throughout our stay, dining experiences in the Kestra and Lifted restaurants, and room upgrade that provided amazing views from the 22nd floor in the Artist Tower. Great location with multiple Blue Bike stations nearby that allowed us to explore the city with ease while burning off the breakfast buffet. We have no doubt this will be our go-to hotel when we visit Boston again.

Excellent location and great swimming pool.

Hotel forgot my child’s camp bed which I had requested. As didn’t have time to re- request we just had to make do.

Location is nice. Easy to get around.

The rooms are small. The bathroom and shower have these frosted doors that allow people from outside of the bathroom to see your shape and form leading to a partial feeling of no privacy very stupid.

Lovely stay at the Omni at Seaport in Boston for the World Cup. About 10 minute walk to South Station and restaurants and bars. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was very well laid out and equipped. Also walked around 20 mins in opposite direction to Castle Island

From check-in to check-out couldn't fault anything, friendliness and politeness of staff were 100% room was brilliant, would certainly recommend

Payed well over the odds for this hotel during the world cup frustrating that the price has halved on our our arrival day. They take a deposit of you of 200 dollars refundable however a 40 dollars a night they charge above the price we have already paid and when I queried it I was because they supply wi fi fittness gym and a outdoor swimming pool !! Big wow so beware of the hidden charge
