Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Any room in artist tower looks like it is unfinished concrete ceilings and pillars. Did not appreciate waking up to look at a concrete ceiling and pillars. No luggage rack nor closets.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We visited the pool which was equally clean. Staff at the pool was happy to help. I took one star off becuase we ate at Lifted and the food was not worth the price. My fish tacos tasted like they came from the frozen food isle at the grocery store.

Alexis was amazing !!! The customer care we received was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its cleanliness, beautiful rooms, pool but for the amazing customer care from beginning to end !

- Location is great - Access to transport from / to the airport - Design and fit out of the rooms - Amenities in the room and at the hotel (ice machine, water refilling stations, amazon shop)

1. I wish shower head would be a bit bigger or longer shower head would be available 2. Coffee machine was a bit temperamental

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff

The door to the bathroom didn’t shut properly and we had to wedge a towel in it to keep it shut.
