Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

The hotel failed to provide me with the invoice or receipt for the full stay amount, despite being obliged to do so by their contract with Booking.com.

Brant new smart hotel,

Too small room. Was given a USD 25 coupon to use in the "Lfted" Bar for breakfast. Could not use it though because the area was booked for a private event.

I must say the service was absolutely great. The Hotel is placed on amazing neighborhood, right across Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, with a direct internal access. At Sports Bar and Croquette Restaurant we had extraordinary food and amazing cocktails. Alejandro, JD and Jesus made sure we felt welcomed and well served all the time we had our feet onsite. It was a pleasure to be at Omni Hotel Seaport, looking forward to the next time.

Staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly. Property was beautiful and felt like a real treat

This hotel is in a central point of the city of Boston, easy access and you have all the transport and places to walk easily. The reception is amazing, the service very professional and friendly. Not very happy with the parking lot (you have to walk a lot and it can be a little confusing to get to your room). The room is very cozy, well organized and I think they all have an excellent view of different points of the city. The pool is amazing and the rest of the amenities of the place. Highly recommended!.

Bathroom slide door would never stay closed and when you finally got it to close it would open by itself exposing you to everyone in the room without intentions
