"Uma péssima experiência sem conforto e hotel mal estruturado."

Limpeza dos quartos e da estacionamento para carros.

Experiência foi péssima, desde início o check in totalmente desorganizado e uma espera de 2hs. O hotel possui 6 torres de aptos que geram uma ocupação de hóspedes superiores ao limite de mesas nas piscinas, capacidade de mesas no restaurante,etc. portanto é péssimo é tudo mal estruturado, o qual existe filas para tudo, exemplo refeições tanto café como janta e filas mínimo de 1:30h, e qualidade fica ruim comidas sem reposição. Também faz com que Não existe conforto nas áreas piscinas, inexiste mesas para acomodar todos hóspedes e piscinas lotadas sem Nenhum conforto. Em resumo não recomendo e mais vantajoso hospedar nos outros resort próximo ao Hot Beach .

Quarto empoeirado, colchão sujo, não havia copos no quarto nem talheres nem pratos

Tudo, simplesmente não indico, ficamos 1 hora para descer dos quartos pois os elevadores não comportam a quantidade de hóspedes
