Was nice looking and decent

Room I had was extremely hot and only went to 66 degrees in cold which outside at the time was 82 degrees outside. Sleep was uncomfortable due to how hot the room got.

"Comfortable with nice staff a clean pool and great parking; my family and I enjoyed our stay."

The decor in the Lobby was very nice and the front desk attendant Jessica was extra nice and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable we slept like babies. The pool was also clean and fun . Valet parking was great.

Parking is $30 on the website and when we got there we were told to paid $40per night. I didn’t mind the price but I think that should be updated on the website l.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious security concern at a property currently listed on Booking.com. On October 23, 2025, during my initial stay at this property (booked through Hotels.com), my diamond ring and Pearl Earing was stolen from my room during I was sleeping. To better understand the circumstances, I later stayed in the same room again and was able to confirm that there are significant security issues at the property. Specifically, there are no security cameras in the hallway, and it appears that unauthorized individuals could access guest rooms with relative ease. This situation represents a serious lack of basic safety measures and poses a potential risk not only to me but to all future guests. Although the original booking was made through a different platform, I understand that this property is currently listed on Booking.com. As such, I believe the platform has a responsibility to ensure that listed accommodations meet minimum safety standards. I respectfully request a formal review of this property and ask what actions Booking.com will take to address these safety concerns. I also request that you advise on any possible resolution or support available in this situation. If this matter is not properly addressed, I will consider escalating it through appropriate consumer protection channels.
