"Inconvenient, Unwelcoming, and Surprisingly Outdated"

arking was unnecessarily complicated. Despite booking a space in the same building through SpotHero, I was told that hotel guests are not allowed to use it. Ironically, the only way to secure parking was to present myself as not a hotel guest. That alone says quite a lot about how the system is set up. Basic amenities were also handled in a rather puzzling way. There is no kettle in the room, which is unexpected for a hotel of this category. Even complimentary bottled water is not simply provided — it requires coordinating with housekeeping and being physically present, turning something trivial into an unnecessary inconvenience. Service at the front desk did little to improve the situation. Interactions felt indifferent at best and occasionally dismissive, which does not align with even basic hospitality standards. The lobby atmosphere was equally rigid. The TV was consistently set to Fox News, with no apparent flexibility to change it. It gives the impression that guest comfort and preferences are not a priority.

Good location

The day staff could have been friendlier. The restaurant was independent of the hotel so not able to charge breakfast to the room. For a 4 star hotel the dining facilities could be improved.
