Excellent location in the town centre. Beautifully finished and decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff

Our room was on the ground floor and facing the back alley which was a little noisy at night but otherwise it was perfect

Excellent location; quiet and safe, but very central. 10 mins walk from the ferry and 20 mins from the bus station. friendly and welcoming staff; good breakfast. The spa was great for a massage. The only potential improvement would be more clothes storage in the room.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Hopefully this review changes the mind of any tourist/couple considering to book here. Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room itself was extremely small, with no closet or proper space to store luggage, even for a couple with carry-ons. On top of that, the shower was clogged with hair/gunk, and the bidet was also out of order, which made the bathroom practically unusable. Room service was never done. The breakfast was average at best—nothing memorable or worth highlighting. What made the experience even worse was that we had to check out early due to a medical emergency abroad. The receptionist explained to my spouse in Greek that she would honour a partial reimbursement once we submit it on Booking; which we did right away before taking our ferry to Athens. The hotel refused to honour this even though we had a written a verbal agreement and a confirmation on Whatsapp. The lack of empathy and flexibility was very disheartening. Booking is unable to do anything because the hotel refuses the reimbursement. I am now disputing it with AMEX a month after our stay in Syros. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Between the broken amenities, cramped room, and poor service, it was a very disappointing experience. Also their sister restaurant is an overpriced taverna.
