Lovely modern apartment with excellent kitchen and bedroom. Great location for centre of Cardiff.

Dogs allowed on seating at breakfast was slightly disappointing. Quite unhygienic. Not the hotel's fault per se, but guests need checking.

Many of the staff were exceptionally professional and responsive, and clearly dedicated to delivering a high standard of service.

The breakfast experience was not as enjoyable as during my previous stays, with a noticeably reduced selection of both hot and cold options. Additionally, the overall quality did not meet the standard I have previously experienced. While the majority of the staff were excellent, we unfortunately encountered an issue during the evening of the 23rd May 2026 with one male member of staff. When we requested fresh towels and a duvet cover, we were advised that fresh hand towels were not available. The duvet cover provided was visibly stained and did not appear clean. I raised this concern with the team the following day, and they were both apologetic and surprised by the situation.
