I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and has a pleasant aroma that adds to the comfortable ambiance. I also loved the breakfast—it was delicious and had a great variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it!

Very nice area and great hotel stay experience

The stay here was amazing, the staff was so kind and nice, the rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast was great. Def will be staying her again.

The staff were very hospitable and are always willing to help and the GM came out to greet us. The amenities were also very spacious including the gym. They put individual towels In each equipment. Also the breakfast was prepared carefully and cooked in real time

There is nothing for you to do. It's a very boring area.

Beautiful property, very contemporary and clean

Water was shut off when we got there, but they got it up and running pretty quickly.

What a wonderful stay! We were displaced from our home for over three weeks. The Element was an oasis and home away from home. Everything was so clean and they provided wonderful amenities during the week like fresh croissants, chia pudding and made to order breakfast. It was lovely to be able to pop down at any time of the day and get a latte from the machine in the lobby. The setup in the one bedroom is perfect. I loved having a separate bedroom and kitchen area as well as living area to watch tv. I was in room 238 and utilized the stairs to get my steps in and super close to lobby. Mon -Thurs they have “relaxed hour” so I could have cheese, bread, olives along with my wine. Nice way to unwind after work. Most notable is the friendly staff. I can tell the management does an excellent job of treating their employees well and embodying a client first culture. We were greeted when we came in and said goodbye to when we left. If we had any needs everyone was quick to help. What really made my day was LaTrices big smile and that she learned my name. She is versatile in all that happens in the hotel so she could resolve anything you need quickly. Deaundre was also another employee that stood out as eager to help, friendly and worked hard. In the evenings during the week he sets up the “relaxed hour” tea in the lobby from 8-10. He was also patient when I needed to make changes to my Bonvoy account. Housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as a “hidden” gem. They were sold out twice while we were here so book early. You won’t regret it!!
