"Best hotel stay!"

This hotel is amazing! It's VERY clean, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The bed is super comfy and I love the walk-in shower. They have free beer, wine, cheese, olives, and bread on weeknights which was such a great surprise! One night we returned from dinner and there was free freshly brewed herbal teas in the lobby. They have bicycles you can rent, also free, and there's excellent natural trails behind the hotel. The gym is great, the pool is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Latrice was so kind and recommended the nature trail when we were taking the bikes for a ride. Breakfast was delicious and they have an excellent espresso machine! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend 10 out of 10!

"Payment Processing Issues"

There have been several issues with Element charging the incorrect credit card. When our consultant arrived to check in they charged the entire stay to her debit card instead of the card I used to book the room through Hotels.com. When I received the receipt from Element all the card numbers were incorrect so now I have to chase down two different banks to try and figure out where this was charged. What a headache. I will not be booking anymore rooms with them.

"All good but breakfast"

Loved the room. Great shower. However, breakfast left a little to be desired. Would have been nice for the short order cook to make something besides pancakes. If she could do eggs of any kind, it would be great. We had stayed at the element in Waco, and breakfast was way better.
