"Very Good"

The room was not cleaned on Saturday, I had to go to the front desk to get towels and bar soap.

Staff not friendly or very helpful! Didn't seem like they had shown any interest. I'm supposed to be an Honors member! That's a joke!

"Not the Hilton quality I expected."

It was close to our location and the staff was friendly.

We had mold growing all over our shower floor and walls. The smoke detector above our bed strobed like a flash of lightning every 10 seconds ALL NIGHT LONG. There were 8-9 kids screaming and running up and down the hallway until way after 10. We were supposed to be in a smoke free hallway, but someone was clearly smoking weed in one of the rooms.

My bathroom was disgusting and had hair on the walls like it hadn't been cleaned yet. the Door to the bathroom wouldnt stay open looked like something was broken.

"Very disappointed, ruined our anniversary trip."

Location.

Staff was rude, and not helpful. Rooms were dirty, stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came to restock our necessities. Car break ins while we were there. Never stay in a Hilton garden in again.

"Don't book at this hotel!"

Don't be fooled by a good rate or convenient location, this hotel is horrible. The bad reviews are real, I wish I had read them before I booked a room. I booked a room a week in advance to attend a football game at OSU. I did online check-in 24 hours in advance and selected a room. At the hotel, I tried to check in but our room wasn't ready yet. When we returned back to the hotel from the game, they had given my room away! They were completely booked, as were all other hotels in the area. So at 1:30 a.m. we were without a place to stay and the "staff" was completely useless. And they charged for the room the next day! It took me hours of calling the hotel non-stop to get a refund initiated. No other apology or communication from the hotel regarding their serious error. Corporate Hilton has not been helpful either. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
