Location

The room was not ready at the designated time and the employee we interacted with couldn’t confirm that we would have a room when we came back. They didn’t seem to care and told us there was only one person cleaning rooms. We were checked in late and offered no compensation.

DO NOT stay here. About 20 cars got broken into and the hotel does nothing. I have stayed in better hotels i. Much better areas.

"Worst Hotel Experience! Always Read Reviews before Booking!!!"

Do not stay here! First thing was only one towel and found broken glass in the office chair in the room! No maid service during stay. Both my truck and my daughters were broken into along with about 20 others on Sunday morning at 8am. A guest was assaulted and we were told that this happens all the time and nothing could be done! Easton has been taken over by gangs and i guess the only good thing is we were not hurt and i will never stay at this Garden Inn again! Paid full price and after calling Hilton honors all they could do is give me some points. Lesson learned to always read reviews before booking anywhere!!
