"It was overbooked and I was NEVER notified of this and had NO PLACE to stay."

Booking.com could have called to inform me that it was overbooked and I had no place to stay. However I also made this reservation in January and had no idea that my reservation would be bumped in place of someone else’s and I would have no place to stay. Why even book through a 3rd party like booking.com if you have a chance that your reservation will be taken away by another reservation?!!!!!!

"Hilton properties doesn’t care about its customers."

Location was close to our destination.

There was pubic hair located on the floor of the shower upon arrival. My vehicle was burglarized along with five other guests on Saturday evening. I discovered multiple other cars were burglarized Friday night in the lot. There is not security despite discovering this is a very frequent problem at this location. Staff simply yells you they have a sign declaring they have no responsibility for their parking lot. I have called, left messages, and emails for the manager Brad to file a complaint. I have called corporate and complained. Corporate sent me back to the hotel and told me they can’t assist with complaints. Hotel manager Brad never responded to me and lied to corporate saying me spoke to me on multiple occasions. I continued to go in circles with corporate who told me I needed to speak to the hotel, yet they never could answer what the next course of action is when the hotel manager refuses to return my call and acknowledge me. Corporate focused in on not being responsible for my vehicle, but refuse to even comment on the pubic hair in the shower. Hilton doesn’t value its customers. The system is designed to send complaints in a circle of never ending response and finger pointing to avoid its customers. Beware of this particular location. You will be left disappointed and a victim of crime and corporate.

"Horrible"

This location needs looked into asap. There apparently have been break ins in parking lots. Friday night into Saturday 10 cars were hit. And Sunday when I went to my car, the car next to me had its windows blown out. When speaking to the property they seemed to have no care in the world and the GM we were told wouldn’t be there till 9, then 10, then 4pm. Awful experience if you know this is happening time and time again- you need security or police to patrol your parking lot. Completely unacceptable

"Over all was not worth the stay. Deffiantly will stay somewhere else next time."

They never told us breakfest was 17 dollars a person. Staff was rude when pointing us in the direction of breakfest as well.

Sheets were dirty, two adults and two kids in the room for 3 days only two towels. When asked for more towels was told housekeeping wasnt in, and got handed hand towels. Also pool was cold.

The actual hotel was pretty nice, but everything else about the stay was bad.

We booked a room 2 weeks prior, only to be told night of that they had no rooms. We had to wait an hour and persuade very unhelpful staff to do something for us. We had a 6 month old crying baby with us and were forced to wait in the lobby for a room over an hour at 11 pm. Staff was not willing to help and basically turned away multiple people who had already booked rooms, because they didn't want to clean them. We ended up begging them to let us have a dirty room and change the sheets. They finally gave us a room with one king bed for 3 people, when we reserved 2 queens. 0/10 experience

"Probably will not be going back again"

Convenience

Staff did not check us in appropriately therefore we were without internet service - no television. When I attempted to reach the front desk by phone several times there was no answer. When I attempted to reach someone in person at the front desk there was no one to help or the front desk person disappeared behind the wall for several minutes not to reappear. I felt like maybe there were ongoing issues with others having the same problem and the staff didn’t want to deal with it. When I checked out - I was informed I did not check in. I was charged a no show fee.
