"Beautiful property not being managed well"

Clean

To much waiting to get served for breakfast. Staff starts troubling you to vacate earlier than 12pm on check out date. No liquor licence. Property is not in Patnitop but in the foothills of Patnitop and very warm

"Comfortable but not close to 5 star standards, it’s a huge property well made but with unprofessional people running it."

Property was neat and clean. Rooms were good. Food was great specially lunch and dinner. Breakfast was not at up to the mark needs improvement. Only downer was the hotel staff,restaurant staff. Everyone was very casual speaking local language,singing local songs loudly. Sales team was pathetic totally casual and rude. On the whole property needs to improve its staff teach more professionalism towards a guest,this was totally missing. To my surprise the staff taking care of activities seemed more professional and positive specially the cable car team.

Hotel staff and the sales team which took my booking was highly disappointing and unprofessional.
