Our room was well presented.

Their food caused food poisoning. All 3 of us vomitted through the night. Lack of safety protocols. My wife fell and fractured her elbow slipping on black ice as we came out of the Gandola. All activities have to be paid for. Their staff showed insensitivity determined to enforce policies despite our ordeal. Poor experience. Not returning to this property ever again. There are other options at Patnitop.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Skyview by Empyrean and can confidently say it was a delightful experience. The manager, Jaikrishnan, played a pivotal role in ensuring our stay was comfortable, going above and beyond to provide assistance. The rooms were of high quality, offering a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with a diverse menu of delectable dishes that exceeded expectations. One of the standout features was the excellent location of the hotel, enhancing the overall experience. The proximity to attractions and scenic views truly set it apart. Trekking was well organised by their well trained team. Comparing it to other hotels in Patni Top, Skyview by Empyrean stands out for its exceptional service, well-appointed rooms, and delectable cuisine. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the area.

The property is one of the best ones in Patnitop. They have their own Gondola built and it starts from the Resort.

Weather.

Charging 672 rupees for 240 cashew can , placing it the room, deliberately placed in the room table for kids to open, so that they can charge. When you are charging 12k for 1 room, you should not do such cheap things, giving a frooti as a welcome drink.
