"Superb"

Breakfast needs to be more elaborated, and more variety needs to add up. South Indian preparation needs to be more authentic. Bakery needs to add more items.

Overall, the experience was more than expectation. Location was beyond the words. Place was full of perfections. Ideal place for romantic dinner or date and a family holiday .

The breakfast had limited options and quality can be improved. Need more carts for travel within the property

Food ,cleanliness , behavior of staff

Timings of activities was very odd . Its open for 11am - 5pm which is very heated in day time during summers . So if you are visiting during summer , it will be very difficult to do any activity . Time should be extended atleast till 7 pm in summers

Expansive spread out and amazing property, great staff. Comfortable and clean. The gondola ride to Patnitop is great views. Patnitop itself is very nice and amazing walks there - calm and serene.

The room description is incorrect. The Mountain View rooms have Gondola view (and also valley) and the Gondola view rooms don't have any view of gondola (only valley). The mountain view rooms are also next to the Generator / Utility area so a bit of humming sound is always there (amplified in night) - hence cant sleep with windows open. No Bar Location is a little out of the way (need transport) but the property is worth ir.
