"Like staying in art"

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to; it was like staying in art. Everything was clean, beautiful, and smelled amazing. To top it off the staff was so kind and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious!

Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.

Too far a walk to city center 20 minutes . Surrounding area are not good. Very limited parking. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel after dark

the hotel itself is beautiful. very new and modern. very large rooms, very comfortable beds and an amazing shower. good breakfast, too. appreciated the free parking, too.

the only downside is the location. it's a 25-30 min walk to the center/touristy areas.
