It is a stunning property.

Guests have to ring and doorbell and wait to hear let in. On our first night, we went out to dinner and returned around 9:30pm. We rang the bell, knocked increasingly louder, texted and called repeatedly. It took 20 min before we were let in by which time I had been destroyed by mosquitoes and we were sweaty and cranky. Why no key card entry or at a minimum, the responsible staff needs to be acutely aware of the door and their phone. You also walk through their office to get to the rooms which is odd but not a problem.

Relaxed and cozy atmosphere, very intimate setting

We just stayed one night in Merida so we could catch an early flight but loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar and they were fantastic. The room was stunning as was the entire property. The courtyard and pool area are beautifully landscaped. The main building is elegant and grand. We loved all the pasta tiles throughout and beautifully decorated. We will stay here again.

Excellent property. Rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully appointed. Staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommended this hotel.
