Penhale Holiday Flats

We liked the feel of the flat which was very clean and homely Bed was very comfortable

It was a bit further from the town than we expected but very close to the beach

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und in ihrem nahegelegenen Kiosk kann man ausgezeichnet frühstücken.

Aufgrund des Wassermangels war der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig. Das war aber kein Problem der Unterkunft, sondern ein allgemeines in Eastbourne.

Property was in an excellent location for the beach and air show, it was clean and comfortable

It was like staying in “The Royal Suite” in a posh hotel. NAS the owner was exceptional in his friendliness and helpfulness. The decor was incredible.So beautifully done. Very close to the beach yet quiet. Nas gave us a bowl of delicious fruit which we loved. So kind. Lots of free parking was a bonus !

We had to ask for cereal bowls but what ever we asked for was instantly provided.

The property was very clean and bed and sofa were comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach and along to the pier. There was on site parking.

The kitchenette didn't have washing up facilities and utensils were lacking for making snacks. The security lights kept coming on during the night and shone through blinds in the bedroom.

Location is excellent but the facilities are not as described

After complaining to the landlord after a 1 night stay regarding the toilet facilities we experienced exactly the same issue during the third day and left the premises extremely disappointed. We complained to the landlord expressing our disappointment that as a minimum you expect the toilet facilities to work
