A large and nicely decorated room. It was equipped for long stays but I only stayed for hours rather than days. Superb large TV.

I think the signage on the building may need improving. I could not fault my taxi driver for driving past the building. He eventually had to get confirmation from some locals regarding the correct location. As there are no staff at the premises then I think it would be good if there was somewhere provided where guests could wait inside for staff to arrive to let them into their room. Waiting outside at an unknown location and hoping that someone will arrive soon is not a good time.

Everything was exceptional - from airport transfer and ongoing communication with the host to spotless facilities and great balcony views. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a wonderful bakery and grocery store. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back when in the area.

Όμορφο, ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό κατάλυμα, με θέση πάρκινγκ μπροστά.

Έμεινα σε αυτό το σπίτι στο Μαρκόπουλο Αττικής και η εμπειρία μου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και φαινόταν ότι ο οικοδεσπότης δίνει μεγάλη σημασία στην άνεση και την υγιεινή. Οι παροχές ήταν περισσότερες από όσες περίμενα: υπήρχε καφές, τσάι, εμφιαλωμένο νερό, καθαρές πετσέτες, σαμπουάν και γενικά όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή χωρίς να του λείψει τίποτα. Ο χώρος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και πολύ λειτουργικός. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικός, ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Μου έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμουν για την περιοχή και τη διαμονή μου και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε προέκυπτε. Ένα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι είναι και οδηγός ταξί, οπότε μπορεί να σε μεταφέρει όπου χρειάζεσαι με συνέπεια και σε πολύ καλή τιμή, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο εύκολη και άνετη. Επιπλέον, το σπίτι τηρεί όλες τις προδιαγραφές του ελληνικού νομοθετικού πλαισίου, καθώς διαθέτει πυροσβεστήρα, φαρμακείο πρώτων βοηθειών, ανιχνευτές καπνού και κλιματισμό, προσφέροντας αίσθημα ασφάλειας και σιγουριάς. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετική επιλογή διαμονής στο Μαρκόπουλο. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our host was so kind and accommodating! The facilities were extremely nice and clean. Our only wish is that we stayed longer!

הדירה גדולה ונוחה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. הבחירה בדירה שכללה גם הסעה משדה התעופה ובחזרה היתה הצלחה גדולה, ואין ספק שנפנה שוב לאותו מקום גם בפעם הבאה. זכינו במנוחה טובה בין טיסות ובצוות אדיב דייקן ותקשורתי

Our flight is at 6:35 AM. The hotel owner, Mr. Akis, and his brother, Mr. Vaios (who is also the hotel owner), arrived at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. and provided two free shuttle buses (two taxis) for us (my family and two friends' families) to Athens Airport. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Mr. Grimekis Akis is a very best hotel owner we have ever met in our 23-days Mediterranean trip.

The shower uses solar energy to heat the water, but the hot water runs out quickly. It is recommended to also equip the space with an electric water heater, so that the electric water heater can be used when the solar water heater runs out.
