"Impressed with the apartment/shuttle service, suited me for a comfy overnight stay between flights."

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was travelling alone and needed an overnight stay at short notice. I messaged the host the day before arriving to confirm details and got almost immediate reply. Apartment was in fabulous condition and fully equipped, even washing powder for the washing machine which I didn't need but everything you want was supplied, free air con, smart TV, shower gel, fresh towels, coffee and tea. Lovely bakery 150 meters away for breakfast. Taxi service was seamless and very efficient. Fresh, clean, comfortable and convenient.

I arrived late in the evening and left early the next day so didn't have time to explore the area much, but there didn't look to be much in the way of bars or restaurants in walking distance but there were food delivery menus available in the apartment. Hope this isn't an unfair comment, just my impression from what I could see. Host will be able to advise and arrange transport if required.

The accomodation was close to the airport and the room had everything we needed.

Despite saying free shuttle in the title, there was no free shuttle available to us. We were charged 20 euros both ways.

Cleanliness of room, communication with staff, and helpfulness of staff.

Location was ok. Given this was booked for proximity of airport, this wasn’t a huge surprise. With a little walking there were charming areas. Would recommend if looking for a great facility near the airport.

"Nice clean room, bad communication and late shuttles."

I liked the room. The room we got was very nice. Shuttle was useful for going to and from airport. Akis picked us up at 4 am to get to the airport which was super helpful.

Guys running it aren't very responsive to Whatsapp text and we're pretty late when the shuttle was supposed to pick us up. We had to wait 10-20 minutes for pick-up from the airport. Also, when we got to our room, the power wasn't working and it ended up taking 10 mins to work. Also at the end I had to pay 16 Euros for the shuttle service over my stay, which isn't a lot but confusing considering I was told it was included in the fees?
