I had a wonderful experience during my stay. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Front Office team, especially Ms. Riska, as well as the Housekeeping team, particularly Mr. Dandy, for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and attentive to detail, making my stay truly comfortable and memorable. The breakfast menu at the restaurant was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels with the finest dining experience in the Malang area. Highly recommended! Thank you Grand mercure Malang😘😘

"A Truly Memorable Stay"

This was our second time staying at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama, and once again, they never failed to amaze us. After having to cancel a trip elsewhere, we decided on a local staycation, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it special. We were so grateful that they honored my membership tier with a room upgrade and late check-out. But what truly stood out were the personal touches, they fulfilled our special requests with beautiful notes for my wife’s birthday and a '16th Month' celebration for our son. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome again! We’ll definitely be back for a third visit!
