Very bad customer service

Their website isn't an accurate description, you can't check-in after 7 even though it says accommodations can be made, I booked a room with a queen and pull out sofa, then I was informed that no pull out sofas are on the premise. The man who checked in the party withheld my co-workers ID from him when he tried to go to his room. They forgot to charge us for the last night and didn't tell us until 2 hours before they closed and said if payment wasn't made then they would be kicked out of their room, payment cannot be taken over the phone or on their website with the card I used to hold the reservation. Both workers are spoke with are rude, their website has false advertising and information, this stay was nothing short of a nightmare.
