Roaches in the room stove did not work the entire time I was there bed was extremely hard people outside felt unsafe manager was very rude and they refused to do anything to correct the situation not even a partial refund

This hotel is not it. I never checked in cause the condition the room was in. They guy at the front desk was courteous to let me look at the room b4 checking in cause all the rooms he said look like they are beat down…rust all over the fridge the stove was falling apart the bathroom was missing cabinet doors….your best bet is to book somewhere else. The guy at the front desk when I asked did all the rooms look like that he said yes. Take your money someplace else is recommended

This was a Horrible experience. Terrible customer service, terrible upkeep of the property, false advertisement they did not return our money. We're placed out of the hotel After they did not deliver on promises of a room or service the room we were in. Do not go here it is dangerous and should be condemned. No one should be Is making reservations for this place.
