The decor was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I selected this hotel for the three nights because it was not part of a chain and had very good reviews. I travelled with friends. We used three rooms. They had the same or similar issues to me; in other words, it wasn’t just me perhaps being unlucky; it was three of us. The room was too hot and the a/c was erratic. An engineer had to dismantle the control system in my room but the system only worked for another 24 hours. The engineer attended one of the other rooms but failed to attend the third. We all had the same issue. Hard to sleep it was so hot, in November. Breakfast. A fairly wide range but little of any appeal and the ‘hot’ foods were barely warm. Cereal and coffee was my lot for three days and an overly hard boiled egg. The wifi we had to abandon. We each had different network providers back home but all three of us received warnings not just against using the hotel system but actually saying it was compromised. Nothing, not even emails, had ‘loaded’ anyway. Given the experience of the three of us, each in a separate room, each with the same issues and similar comments over breakfast, I find it hard to understand how the hotel received the rating it had. It looked appealing and the staff were fine but, somehow, it just didn’t work for any of us.

The hotel is very good. Located not in the exact center of the city, but still at a very central and busy place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also very big, and this is great. There windows are soundproof, that guarantee a good night sleep. Also the bed is super comfortable. I never had such a good sleep at a hotel. Huge plus is the fact that there is a public parking across the street. It is with 24/7 security. Special thanks for Mr. Ali Barani at the reception, I had few questions and he provided me with answers to them. Next time when I am at Eskisehir I will definitely stay here.

Location was excellent, room was renewed. Breakfast was good

Room was overheated and cooling was not possible. No smoking facility but there was an obvious smell in the room
