Check in clerk was very helpful and even called on the phone to see if we were comfortable and the accommodations were acceptable.

Truck did not deliver breakfast essentials so nothing but biscuits and gravy.

"Don’t waste your money unless you’re desperate to stay"

Bugs in the room and hairs in the bathroom. A webcam attached to the top of the tv and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and chemicals.

"Quaint motel near Mesa Verde"

Pam greeted us and we checked in. She told us of a couple of restaurants for dinner. Our room was quaint and comfortable and handicapped friendly. Breakfast was very good 👍

Convenient location easy access to room

Room very dated scuffed up walls. No ice! The heating/cooling unit made the sound of a diesel truck reving its engine in our room.
