"Fair,heating/cooling unit very loud! No ice!"

Convenient location easy access to room

Room very dated scuffed up walls. No ice! The heating/cooling unit made the sound of a diesel truck reving its engine in our room.

I was given a quiet room location, as requested.

Both ice machines were not working. Construction guests parked a big diesel truck in front of the room at 6:15 am. The heater sucked in the fumes!

We stay at Quality Inn on Friday 27, 2026. And we were charged an extra $50 on my card for damages we didn't commit. They said we stained a wash cloth with blue ink.

Pam, the lady who checked me in and out, was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. I also love that my good dog was welcomed and the fee was reasonable.

The shower door opens away from the shower head instead of by it, and both doors don't open. Consequently, you have to step in to turn on the shower and freeze or burn before getting the right temp. If the door was near the shower head or both doors opened, that wouldn't happen. That said, loved the water pressure of the shower.
