Grand Times Hotel Laval - Centropolis

The location was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we requested a later checkout. We also appreciated that they communicated with us in English.

Initially, we couldn’t figure out how to lower the Murphy bed, as we needed both beds. The staff came up to assist us and discovered that the bed hadn’t yet been cleaned. They quickly moved us to another room that was ready, which we appreciated. One thing we found a bit unusual was the shower setup—it was enclosed in glass but didn’t have a solid wall, only a curtain. This didn’t provide much privacy when the light was on. We’re not sure if this layout is the same in all rooms. There was limited lighting making the room really dark.

Il manque un miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain, c’est un must pour les femmes maquillage et hommes rasage. Merci

Super emplacement, près de tout. L’eau de la piscine est chaude.

Pas assez de serviettes dans les chambres pour le nombres de personnes.
