"Horrible et décevant"

Retard pour notre chambre, nous avons attendus 30minutes dans le hall d'entrée, pour que finalement on nous change de chambre, arrivé dans notre chambre on trouve des cheveux dans le lit... on a dû dormir dans le divan lit qui semblait propre.

Le personnel était bien accueillant. La qualité et le design de la chambre.

Nous étions 3 (prévu lors de la réservation en ligne) dans la chambre avec lit King mais et le murfy bed était barré nous avons du contacter l’accueil. Ensuite il n’y avait que 2 serviettes, nous avons dû recontacter l’accueil. Ce n’était pas agréable de les déranger. C’est comme si nous étions « chialeux ». Lorsque vous savez que nous sommes 2 pourquoi ne pas préparer la chambre pour 3? Le frigo était TRÈS petit.
