Bien situé, c’est neuf, c’est beau et c’est propre.

Le prix est très cher la nuit, et on ne nous a jamais dit qu’il y avait un prix supplémentaire pour le déjeuner. On nous a dit en arrivant que c’était compris, puis ensuite au check out, ils nous chargent 12,95$ par personne. Avoir su je serais aller déjeuner ailleurs, car payer 13$ pour des toasts et des céréales c’est ridicule. C’est le pire déjeuner continental dans un hôtel que j’ai vu de ma vie!!! Et je vais dans les hôtels une dizaine de fois par année. L’employé à l’accueil n’a rien suggéré pour nous dédommager et nous satisfaire. En plus, charger 15$ par jour pour un parking extérieur à Laval, du vol! On est pas à Montréal, tous les parkings d’hôtel à Laval sont généralement gratuit. Enfin, même pas une télé intelligente dans la chambre! On paye 300$ la nuit et même pas capable de caster notre téléphone sur la télé… ridicule. Je ne recommanderai jamais cet hôtel à personne et n’y retournerai plus jamais.
