Stunning and very clean hotel! food was delicious upstairs level 2 restaurant, breakfast dinner and buffet. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly!

"Good business option although wider area still being developed"

Great hotel for business with shopping centre close by, located in one of the the new build areas of Guangzhou. Good size air conditioned room with tea/coffee facilities and mini bar. Dinner and breakfast good with nice cafe area in atrium for a quick drink after a busy day or informal meetings. Didn't get chance to use the pool unfortunately!

"Terrible Service, and shame to Hyatt"

the staff is extremely unfriendly, reception staff seems just scolded by her boss, and released her anger to guests. Terrible experience, and terrible services. want to get some simple first aid staff, hotel say no, is the first aid the primary support need be in placed?
